A Vision in Broken Bow

Mitchell Bailey is a native of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, dedicated to transforming his hometown into a premier destination for luxury vacation cabins. His vision: attract investors who understand the profitable potential of vacation rentals — and those who dream of a family getaway that doubles as a wise investment.

Raised in a family that has operated Bailey's Lumber Company for four generations, Mitchell grew up learning the ins and outs of building and development. This heritage instilled a commitment to quality, integrity, and community that is the foundation of his work today.

A standout football player, Mitchell earned a spot on the University of Arkansas team as a walk-on, competing in the SEC as the Razorbacks starting fullback. He later transferred to ULM, leading his team to the most successful season in program history and earning multiple conference awards.

Mitchell co-starred in the Netflix top-10 movie Greater and appeared in 22 Jump Street. He is also a Mr. Arkansas Physique Overall Grand Champion and national bodybuilding competitor.

In the mid-2010s he built his first vacation cabins, then founded Exploring Broken Bow Lake Cabin Management in 2016. OakHaven Estates is the culmination of that journey — sharing the beauty of Broken Bow with the world.
